Eggs "BISTIK" And Healthy Food Program

for those people like a new recipe for egg,this is my favorite recipe
this is also a healthy food for who know about egg.

Materials for eggs

3 eggs
Salt to taste





Materials for Sauce

2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
A stem of red chilli, finely chopped
Two young corn stalks, cut in oblique
Little flower cabbage
A little carrot, cut into oblique
First fruits of tomato, sliced 8
½ cup chilli sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
1 cube chicken
Salt to taste
Mixture of corn flour
Oil for frying
For Decoration
Parsley / green onion

How to cook

1. Salt and beaten egg and fried like eggs make it. Pick up and set aside
2. Heat oil and sauté garlic, onion and red pepper until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, chilli sauce and chicken cubes. Stir until smooth.
3. Enter the young corn, cabbage and carrot flowers. Stir well.
4. Enter some water. Add salt and seasoning powder. Enter the tomato, stir until well blended and the sauce is cooking typical things.
5. Then pour the sauce over the eggs have just wrapper. Sprinkle with parsley / green onion. Serve when it is hot.

Note: If you want, you can substitute the vegetables with the vegetable mix.
